| The Project Manager position is responsible for simultaneously managing multiple capital construction, controlled maintenance, and remodel/renovation projects for the College. The position assists the Director of Capital Projects and appropriate College stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractually defined scopes and College quality standards while working around academic schedules. The position also assists with furthering the College's sustainability goals, objectives, and initiatives. |

| The associate director of budget services assists in overseeing the development, implementation, management, compliance oversight, and financial reporting of the college’s budgets and expenditure of funds. The duties performed by the associate director of budget services require compliance with the college’s strategic plan, the CCCS strategic plan, Colorado fiscal rules, and CCHE and SBCCOE policies. The associate director has direct, hands-on responsibility and assists in the oversight of budgetary control and financial reporting as delegated by the senior director of budget services. |
