| The department of Academic Affairs & Workforce Innovation (AAWI) at RRCC is seeking a Clerical Assistant to sit at the front desk in and be the first contact for students, faculty, and staff. Tasks include, but are not limited to, customer service, answering phone calls, assisting with ticketing interface, filling supply requests, updating inventory spreadsheet, posting cancelled class notices, mailroom for faculty and instructors, copiers, delivery of documents throughout the college for Deans, and staff. You will also assist with special projects in support of AAWI Leadership. May require hours outside of normal work schedule. |
