Informing students of course requirements through a course syllabus, including: specific objectives, means of attaining objectives, and methods of instruction and grading. Evaluating students on a continuing basis to allow them to be aware of their own progress. Participate in department and/or college level assessment of student learning outcomes in general education and career/technical courses and programs as required. Recommending instructional materials, textbooks, appropriate instructional equipment, and the Library supportive reference materials. Once reviewed, the Concurrent Enrollment Academic Affairs Manager will notify the applicant of the decision. If approved, the signed FQR, along with supporting documentation, is placed in the hired instructor’s personnel filed housed in the Human Resources office to initiate the CE Onboarding Process. If denied, the applicant and school district will be notified of areas of growth, including but not limited to graduate level course work or occupational industry experience.
