Director of Concurrent Enrollment

| The Director of Concurrent Enrollment is responsible for providing leadership and management of concurrent enrollment programming in the region. This position serves as the primary contact between MCC and high schools served. The Director will work with Instructional leadership and Regional Directors to develop concurrent enrollment course schedules. The position will provide leadership and mentoring to concurrent enrollment instructors in collaboration with Division Chairs and Deans. The Director will work with the Instructional Leadership to implement existing and planned programs and services in accordance with the mission and strategic vision of MCC. This position serves to represent MCC when attending meetings with superintendents and/or school boards.
The Director of Concurrent Enrollment exemplifies the college’s guiding principles of integrity, respect, open and honest communication, and collaboration, and serves as a vital member of the college’s instructional and student services teams. The position will require substantial travel throughout the MCC service area on a regular basis. |

| This position provides high level, confidential and complex administrative support to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs and to the academic affairs division. This position relieves the provost of administrative details and performs administrative functions that require a thorough knowledge of Community College of Denver and Colorado Community College System policies and procedures. The position serves as liaison and uses discretion in the dissemination of information to faculty, students, staff and various constituencies served by CCD and Academic Affairs. |
