Topics of instruction cover multiple important aspects of machining specifically in CNC Lathe set ups (fixed/live tool touch offs, part fixturing, cleaning/maintenance, etc.), programming CNC Lathe tool paths in MasterCAM, Fusion360, and or SolidWorks (SolidCAM), operate CNC Lathe to produce parts, inspect part dimensions, deburring finished parts to replicate real world scenarios for students. |
