RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - ECHUCA

A successful Relationship Manager will be accountable for:

  •     Personally developing and managing the existing portfolio of key customers (broad generalist) and referral partners
  •     Identifying new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets
  •     Assessing economic value and risk potential of new business
  •     Maintaining and enhancing the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
  •     Implementing specific local area marketing campaigns and initiatives
  •     Developing and improving professional excellence through management of individual and team performance
  •     Implementing annual business plans for customer portfolios
  •     Preparing and submitting for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry, economic and business information
  •     Leading and coaching any direct reports for succession planning within the broader group
  •     Providing professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
