As we increase our mine, rail and port capacity, there are extensive opportunities within the Iron Ore Projects Team which present the ability to enhance your mining expansion project expertise within a world class projects group well regarded and extensively recognised for our knowledge and technology.

To meet the increased demands that our complex and rapidly growing program of works is providing, we have the requirement for a number of highly capable, experienced professionals to work within the employee relations function.

Reporting to the Manager Employee Relations for Projects Team, the Principal Employee Relations Advisor is accountable for executing and continuously improving ER strategies to support the overall project objectives.

With responsibility for managing all ER activities your focus will be on engaging with all key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring alignment with corporate processes where required.  Establishing and maintaining appropriate linkages across the Iron Ore business is the key to successful execution of the growth program.
