Business Improvement Consultant

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Improvement Consultant within our Operations area. This role will plan, direct and lead the development and implementation of a portfolio of both continuous improvement and strategy initiative to achieve the SNZ business strategies and goals.

This role will further support the EM and Manager within Operations by contributing in transforming current state to SNZ Operations centre of excellence by applying both lean & agile methodologies.

In order to be successful in the role you must have proven experience of the following:

  • 2 years minimum Lean practical improvement experience
  • 3 years in Project coordination and/or management experience
  • Ideally 2 years minimum in Agile practice
  • Experience in either banking or insurance
  • Team Player, have demonstrated the ability to work in a changing environment and highly flexible
