The purpose of this valuable role is to provide qualitative insights into the operation of our CTP portfolios in order to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with core regulatory obligations. The quality assurance programs also act as key internal controls designed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licence conditions, respective State-based legislation and internal process/procedures.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews for CTP portfolios that focus on pricing adequacy, compliance and contribute to the achievement of strategic business objectives relating to profitable growth
  • Utilise the result of QA reviews and perform different levels of root cause analysis to identify performance gaps, key business risks and emerging trends
  • Actively provide constructive feedback, professional advice and business insight to Business Representatives and Leadership team within Statutory Classes through co-ordinating different business discussion e.g. calibration sessions, root cause analysis meeting, business insight presentations, etc
  • Increase awareness of the cost and consequence of technical decisions by providing objective input and recommendations when escalating trends and areas requiring improvement
  • Follow up and monitor implementation of agreed action plans from the QA reviews and root cause analysis
  • Provide technical expertise and feedback to support ongoing quality decisions and outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years CTP technical experience (Portfolio or Claims) – Desired
  • 3+ years QA experience – Preferable
  • Advanced knowledge of CTP portfolio or claims and QA processes;
  • Communication Skills – ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both verbally and in writing
  • Customer experience-focused – committed to delivering a quality, differentiated experience to all customers
