We’re looking for a Procurement Lead to join the team. You will be part of a team to deliver software procurement category management to Suncorp’s Technology & Transformation (T&T) function.

What you'll do

• Identify initiatives, through sourcing, demand management and/or contract management opportunities
• Negotiate contracts that are competitive, reduce risk and optimise value
• Provide representation and relationship management for Procurement to your stakeholders within T&T
• Develop strong supplier engagement with key suppliers
• Working in consideration of Suncorp’s Environmental, Social and Governance standards

What you'll bring 

• 4+ years’ experience in strategic category management
• Experience in a centralised procurement/commercial environment
• Experience in ICT / ICT Category management
• Experience in working with others in a commercial setting
• Tertiary education within Procurement & Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Business
