An exciting opportunity has become available to join a talented, highly motivated and engaged team as a Project Manager. The objective of this role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects. Projects will have one or varying combination of business, technical or infrastructural deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of small, medium and large projects.
- Work with key business stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate, cost effective and timely solutions are delivered.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Suncorp New Zealand business stakeholders and VRO.
- Drive disciplined Agile practices across the delivery team and stakeholders.
- Manage business expectations of projects such as lifecycle, deliverables, complex budget and financial management.
- Deliver project reporting and input into steering committees as required.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years Project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Agile and Lean approaches
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodology, processes and tools
- Advanced facilitation and workshop skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, consultative and communication skills
- Proven delivery track record
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
- Excellent budget management skills
