Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital and marketing technology? At Suncorp, we’re looking for a versatile Enterprise Architect to help define and deliver strategic architecture across our Marketing (MarTech), Digital, and broader Customer Experience domains.
This role offers flexibility based on your strengths - whether you're a specialist in digital architecture (CMS, JavaScript, APIs, identity management) or marketing architecture (MarTech platforms, AI & decisioning, data and analytics). You’ll play a key role in advancing our omnichannel strategy and unlocking enterprise-wide opportunities.
What you’ll do
As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll lead enterprise, domain, and solution architecture, aligning technology with business goals to deliver scalable and cost-effective outcomes. You’ll shape architecture standards, guide project delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise principles in an Agile environment.
The role requires strong knowledge of business and IT strategy, providing architectural direction, assessing technologies, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure strategic, fit-for-purpose solutions.
You’ll mentor the architecture community, drive consistent practices, support investment planning, and help uplift architectural capability and innovation across the organisation.
Your focus areas may include
- Digital Architecture: Web/mobile applications, content management systems, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, customer identity and access management.
- Marketing Architecture: Marketing automation, customer data platforms, personalisation technologies, web analytics, and campaign management.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- TOGAF or similar architectural certification
- 10+ years in IT, including 5+ in architecture roles
- Strong experience in either digital or marketing architecture (or both)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (desired)
- Experience with ArchiMate, Agile and Lean methodologies (desired)
- Background in insurance or financial services (preferred)
- Consulting experience (advantageous)
