Process Excellence Lead – Business Process Analyst

About the role:
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for enabling an exceptional home claims experience through supporting best practice operational process design and delivery.
The role will be accountable for documenting/analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of solutions to enhance business and customer outcomes, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant standards, obligations, and regulations.
More specifically, you will:
- Document and analyse current state processes to identify opportunities to improve business, customer, and regulatory outcomes.
- Support process redesign activity with relevant stakeholders to enable effective ideation, discovery, and delivery activity.
- Support process reviews to ensuring compliance with obligations, risk appetite and industry standard.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support decision making and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, gain insights, and secure buy-in for process changes.
- Support appropriate change management strategies in consultation with stakeholders to implement change and minimise barriers to effective delivery.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer’s needs – placing the customer at the heart of decisions.
- Proactively consider, identify and manage risks, issues, and blockers. Actively demonstrate and promote strong risk maturity and awareness.
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g.) Desired
- Minimum 2 years Process Analyst experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Home Claims Customer processes and systems (highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (highly regarded)

- High level of conceptual thinking with an ability to identify interdependencies.
- High level of project delivery and change management capability with proven success designing and implementing change.
