About the Role
As a Resilience Advisor, you’ll contribute to the delivery of CPS 230-aligned outcomes by supporting supplier contingency planning, data quality, and reporting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to uplift resilience practices and ensure compliance.
This is a secondment opportunity, until June 2026.
What You’ll Do
- Review and enhance supplier contingency and exit plans to meet regulatory expectations
- Maintain and update resilience artefacts in internal systems with accuracy and consistency
- Conduct quality assurance checks on supplier documentation and resilience inputs
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress, identify gaps, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with business owners and vendor managers to ensure timely updates and alignment
- Escalate risks and contribute to continuous improvement of resilience processes
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in operational risk, business continuity, or resilience within financial services
- Understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks and third-party risk management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to team success
