About the role
As Principal Platform Consultant, you’ll guide the strategic direction and technical leadership of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital experiences that support enterprise transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead the strategic evolution of AEM, aligning platform capabilities with business goals and customer needs
- Provide expert guidance on architecture, design, and best practices across Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, accessibility, and SEO using tools like Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with analytics, identity, and backend systems
- Champion governance, compliance, and secure content workflows across the platform
- Mentor delivery teams and foster a culture of innovation, quality, and capability uplift
What you'll bring
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud, including hands-on delivery across web and mobile
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Adobe I/O for dynamic content delivery
- Experience in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing using Adobe Cloud Manager
- Proficiency in JavaScript (including React), HTML5, CSS, and front-end optimisation
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable platform features and enhancements
