About the Role
Join our Technology & Operations Enablement team to transform how we manage and share knowledge. You’ll audit and uplift content across tech teams, design new standards, and lead campaigns that make self-service simple and effective.
What You’ll Do
- Audit and enhance knowledge management across technology teams, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement content standards, processes, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and a unified voice across all tech communications.
- Review and refresh self-help content, tech statements, and information sources to drive clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align communication strategies with business objectives and employee experience goals.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in knowledge management, content design, or technology communications with a proven ability to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Strong skills in auditing and structuring content for clarity and usability across multiple platforms.
- Ability to design frameworks, templates, and style guides that support consistency and scalability.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Microsoft 365 and Service Now tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
