Join the Executive Office of the CIO to support and coordinate governance activities and reporting, and manage Technology & Operations’ operating rhythm. You’ll help others tell their story to the most important people in the company, ensuring timely and insightful information reaches executive and board audiences. This is a unique chance to develop your analytical skills and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate executive and board-level reporting and engagements, ensuring stakeholders provide timely and accurate input for critical decisions.
- Manage the operating rhythm for Technology & Operations, aligning governance processes with data flows and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesise complex technical and performance information into actionable insights that drive strategic outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the delivery of solutions that enhance executive governance.
What You’ll Bring
- A curious and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and performance data, and highlight key insights.
- Skilled in managing tight deadlines and coordinating inputs from multiple teams without direct ownership of deliverables, ideally gained through similar project coordination roles (such as PMO or other governance roles)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior and executive levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to synthesise complex information into succinct executive narratives.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, IT, Business, or Commerce (or equivalent experience) are valued.
