Home Claims Performance Manager

At Suncorp, we’re committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business performance. We're looking for a strategic and analytical Home Claims Performance Manager to help us elevate how we measure and manage performance across our Home Claims portfolio.

This high-impact role partners directly with the EGM of Home Claims, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll drive performance intelligence that supports decision-making, uncovers actionable insights, and helps us continuously improve our operational and financial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the EGM Home Claims and other senior leaders across Finance, Actuarial, and Claims to deliver insights that shape strategy and performance
• Lead deep-dive analysis to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into measurable outcomes
• Facilitate regular performance discussions and alignment of messaging across Finance, Actuarial, and Product teams
• Guide and support a small team of analysts and performance partners, ensuring outputs meet stakeholder needs
• Track major initiative outcomes and ensure data integrity is maintained across reporting and forecasting

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience (3+ years) in performance, strategy, or analytics roles with a strong commercial lens
• People leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and developing others
• Expertise in performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex data into actionable business insights
• Strong business acumen, preferably gained within an insurance, claims, or financial services environment
• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics) is essential; postgraduate qualifications (e.g. CA, CPA) are highly regarded
