About the role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving customer-centric transformation and operational excellence? We’re seeking a Senior Advisor in Customer Experience and Delivery to help shape and deliver initiatives that make a real impact for our Motor Claims customers.

Reporting to the Customer Experience and Delivery Manager, you will play a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of our Programs of Work. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support initiatives that enhance the customer journey, improve employee experience, and deliver cost and efficiency improvements.

What you'll do

  • Support the discovery and early-stage planning of initiatives by contributing to activities such as data requests and analysis, process mapping, documentation of current-state workflows, and identification of potential improvement areas.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the Motor Claims Customer space by supporting appropriate oversight of a portfolio of initiatives and provide regular, proactive status updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Help track progress and performance against strategic targets.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment across delivery streams.
