The Role

CUB is currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate and influencing Change & Communications Senior Manager to join our Solutions (IT) team in Southbank.  The primary purpose of the role is to support the project implementation by identifying, planning and implementing business changes required to generate buy-in, overcome barriers to change and optimise benefits from the deployment of the solution.

Your key accountabilities will be (but not limited to):

  • • Develop change management plans (incorporating and including Communications and Training) that minimise employee resistance and maximise employee engagement and buy-in
  • • Monitor and review communication efforts to ensure user groups are informed at appropriate times with accurate information
  • • Enacting a detailed stakeholder analysis plan to work with people impacted and able to influence business change
  • • Identifying potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

Success in this role looks like driving successful business transformation through facilitating the adoption of business process within the scope of the project. 

About you

You are ambitious, curious and seeking a rewarding and impactful career that continuously challenge you. You bring your expertise in leading and managing change initiatives from many years’ experience. You’ve previously managed large cross-functional business transformational projects and play the lead role for change and communications. You’re familiar with various collaboration tools such as Yammer, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. You have the ability to influence, collaborate and lead stakeholder senior stakeholders and peers. You possess the ability to think strategically and manage change and manage competing priorities in a high pressure environment.
