The Role

As the Senior Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, you will work as part of the wider People & Capability team. This full-time role will be both working from the office and working from home.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven diversity experience in areas of Gender Equality, Reconciliation, Accessibility, LGBTIG+, Cultural and Linguistic Diversity and Social Disadvantage
  • Proven ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and produce presentations, briefings and reports tailored to the audience
  • Previous experience in writing and producing reports at a high level for presentation to the leadership team
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence senior stakeholders where required
  • Excellent Project Management experience with sound capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Committed team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, demonstrating exceptional organisational abilities with a high level of flexibility
  • Ability to handle significant workloads, meet tight deadlines and competing priorities

Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required together with a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Science, Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, Communications or related discipline and/or substantial relevant experience.
