Reporting to the Business Communications and Engagement Team Leader you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference and add to our work environment, within a place where you can learn and perform to your fullest potential.
In this 12 month role, as the Communications & Engagement Lead you’ll be responsible for implementing ‘next generation’ communications and engagement strategies, and program leadership for complex projects and business strategies delivered by Melbourne Water.
In this role you will:
Develop, lead and evaluate integrated communication and engagement strategies (face to face and digital), plans and procedures for complex projects and business strategies being delivered across Melbourne Water service portfolios.
Lead a Community of Practice, focused towards delivering Melbourne Water’s Next Generation of Engagement and other associated business improvement initiatives.
Lead, advise and mentor Melbourne Water Communications and Engagement Advisors through complex issues resolution for projects within the assigned Service Portfolio.

Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required together with a tertiary qualification in Communications, Business, Marketing, Science and Engineering with previous IAP2 training highly advantageous.
