This 12-month fixed-term contract, is a part-time opportunity, for three days per week. You will work with the community and key agencies to coordinate an ambitious program of landscape restoration in the west of Melbourne, creating productive and healthy landscapes. The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for driving a long-term collaborative project where local communities work together with all levels of government and businesses to achieve the best outcome for the region in the most effective and sustainable way.
You will need to demonstrate a genuine connection with the people and place of the upper Werribee catchment, and have the opportunity to bring together your grassroots engagement, relationship building, and project management skills in a truly meaningful role.

The Partnerships Coordinator primarily exists to lead collaborative projects and supporting tasks that deliver on Regional Catchment Strategy performance objectives. The role may also be required to support initiatives that deliver on other performance objectives for other key strategies as required.
Your significant experience in environmental and natural resource management and strong knowledge of environmental issues relating to the Werribee Catchment will help you succeed in this role.
