This role sits at the centre of program operations and is responsible for the end to end coordination t of education programs, site tours, visitation experiences and events across multiple Melbourne Water sites and locations. It combines people leadership, program and event operations, logistics, stakeholder engagement, communications, budget management and customer experience improvement.
The Water Operations Centre Operator will play a critical role in the real time operation of Melbourne’s water supply network. You will monitor and control water transfer, respond to operational incidents, support emergency response activities, coordinate stakeholders, validate operational data and ensure compliance with service environmental and regulatory obligations.
