The Role

We currently have a part time, 13 month fixed term contract (32 hours per week) role working in our Water Supply team. This role can be based at either Silvan, Winneke or Preston.

As the Administration and Operational Support Officer, Water Supply you’ll be responsible for providing Administration and Operational Support to the wider Water Supply Team. Your vast administration and financial acumen experience will see you succeed within the role.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a systematic, well-organised way to complete tasks according to priorities.
  • Practical analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage and contribute to improving team culture & performance
  • Experience with TechnologyOne would be highly desirable.
  •  Understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals and capital financial cost reporting (FCR).
  • The ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Victorian Driver’s License is required for this role
  • Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
