    We currently have a casual Scheduling Support role based at our Preston site for one day or 2 half days a week. You will be supporting Water Supply Scheduling Coordinator in their day to day tasks, including but not limited to: Manage Service Requests and raise Work Orders for delivery partners to deliver works. Support maintenance activities to facilitate maintenance delivery. Collate schedules on a weekly basis. Undertake investigations to support maintenance activities.

    This part time (0.8 FTE) role is based from our Docklands Head Office. This pivotal role delivering services in an area of considerable asset and population growth within the northern growth corridor. This role is responsible for managing and improving Melbourne’s waterways, catchments, drainage and land assets. You will work on meaningful projects that make a real difference to the environment and the community, while ensuring our commitments to managing flood protection and drainage function in the Upper Merri Ck and Maribyrnong catchments are maintained.

    This full time role is required to oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Winneke Water Treatment Plant, Sugarloaf Reservoir and associated Assets and we are seeking electrical capability to support a significant program of upcoming electrical/HV upgrades/renewals across the Winneke complex and associated area. As the Water Supply Operator you will be responsible for managing day-to-day and emergency operations of Melbourne Water’s water supply assets. These assets include; storage and service reservoirs, filtration and chemical dosing plants, pumping stations and transfer mains. This involves practical hands-on operational duties, and the use of several IT systems including remote monitoring & system control.

As the Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water’s delivery and operational teams. You will also ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity, whilst working collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory and financial objectives.
