About the Role

This part time (2.5 days a week) role is based from our 990 La Trobe Street head office in Docklands, with one day in the office, and one day working from home. Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Leadership Capability, this is a pivotal role within the Leadership & Capability team. As the Capability & People Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Capability and People Experience Team with the coordination of activities and projects, as well as recording and tracking attendance at various programs and events.

Your vast experience in administration and program coordination will see you succeed within this role. Experience in LMS and HRIS systems would be highly regarded.

About you:

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and proactive problem solving skills
  • Experience in People & Culture environments in an administrative or support role. 
  • Committed team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, demonstrating exceptional  organizational abilities with a high level of flexibility
  • Intermediate  skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record check
