About the role

In this role, you will:

  • To manage of National Recruitment job assignments, managing of recruitment activities through internal or external resources starts from manpower planning, advertising, sourcing, screening, assessing until onboarding
  • To manage all the recruitment progress and analyze the difficulties before giving recommendation to hiring managers (end user)
  • Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment assignments
  • Manage recruitment activities for designated National vacancies in to page up recruitment system
  • Manage recruitment progress Staff & NS across the sites by analyze the data and giving recommendation
  • Develop & Implement a preferred recruitment practices and procedures (Internal & External)
  • Be proactive with site mobilization and demobilization activities as required
  • Manage the stakeholder and oversee all recruitment (except for local hire unless assistance is requested) for a nominated project site and/or office
  • Draft and place advertisements as required for both TCI on-line and TCI web or providers
  • Provide summary of short listed candidates and submitted to the department user, ensure that the selected candidate is managed and communicated well
  • Conduct phone screening of candidates, behavioural interview, and reference check for candidate
  • Manage pre-medical check up for selected candidate
  • Manage employee change of status – promotion, transfer processes, etc and ensure the documents are checked and completed;
  • Continously updated the progress selection process for the candidate in to the system, include maintain the file (soft and hard copy) to page up and HRIS
  • To manage and monitoring the reliable data for weekly recruitment report purpose and involve in recruitment meeting and feedback/ share difficulties related recruitment process
  • Intense to coordinate with HR site for reconcilliation to capture discrepancy information/ data; sharing all recruitment issue into the meeting and follow up for the solution
  • Monitor the due date of probation by sending user and HR site for the reminder, ensure the direct supervision conducted probation period as per TGS procedure, and ensure the review result received at least 1 week before the due date
  • Participate in internal and external training seminars
  • Read relevant literature and journals
  • Actively investigate enhancements to procedures and processes that achieve improvements in performance, job satisfaction and productivity
  • Assist with the deployment of other HR activities as required
  • Other activities as required

About you

  • Graduate from Bachelor Degree from HR, Psychology, Law or Management
  • Minimum three years site experience (working with HR/Admin) or at least 5 years industry experience (if worked in corporate office)

  • Minimum of two years experience in recruiting on site

  • Experience in dealing with Manpower

  • Experience in the preparation of reports (Excel or Power BI)

  • Experience in site mobilization and demobilization activities

  • Site human resource management issues

  • General computer systems knowledge

  • Good communications in English both, oral and written

  • Preparation of Reports

  • Employment legislation  and Manpower

  • Recruitment methodologies

  • Diversity of work

  • Regular change in Internal/external working relationships

  • Accountability for accurate data and candidate management
