About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for psychological support of smoking cessation program (planning/scheduling, assessment, counseling, and evaluation)

  • Responsible for mental health program including EAP education for employee and EAP training for supervisory level

  • Good preparation in training, education, and counseling to ensure the activities are delivered effectively and efficiently

  • Actively seek for opportunities to develop Health & Wellbeing programs which create a safe workplace environment

  • Actively communicate with operational personnel to ensure OHS standard are understood and implemented

  • Apply the use of video and audio technology to deliver training, education, and counseling when suitable with the condition

  • To enter all information related to the implementation Health & Wellbeing program into available database and provide trending analysis  

  • Actively identify any current or previous existing training which can improve the Health & Wellbeing competency

  • Actively train, coach, and mentor the team member or the operational team member to improve their Health & Wellbeing competency

About you

  • Psychology Profession (Clinical Psychology), Have valid SIPP
  • 5 years of working experience in the related field

  • Must be able to determine/provide mental health first aid to employee according to the symptoms that appear

  • Able to conduct psychological counseling including quit smoking counseling

  • Able to deliver education and training

  • Develop a Training Needs, Planning, And Implementation

  • Develop an Analysis of Mental Health issues and provide action to control
