About The Role 

We are currently recruiting for a Support Hub Coordinator to join our growing business.

As part of the Support Hub team, you will provide reception and administrative support to regional operations and our stunning corporate offices in South Bank, South Brisbane.

Providing smooth, professional, and efficient day to day to the Group’s team, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working with stakeholders across all levels.  

Additionally, you will:

  • Provide first level support and experience for incoming guests and stakeholders and directing external queries appropriately across the organisation.
  • General office duties including opening mail and preparing mail for sending, booking couriers, receiving parcels and deliveries, ordering catering, booking of meeting rooms, car park allocations and deductions reporting
  • Engage various levels of leadership on a day-to-day basis, handling very critical information interactions
  • Preparation of weekly newsletter content for the Group
  • Liaise with IT specialists to resolve technical issues related to facilities

About You

You will have demonstrated experience supporting a reception desk and office and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. You will be able to work with various personalities and handle all interactions professionally. Your incredibly organised character will easily be able to prioritise workflow effectively and demonstrate sound judgement.

Your role will also influence company culture and create an environment that fosters inclusion and collaboration. You will strive to produce a workplace culture that focuses on bringing enthusiasm to the office and being proactive in developing ideas and initiatives. You possess a natural yet professional working style, exceptional follow-through, and attention to detail.
