About the role

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient and accurate technical training and assessment materials that align with
business requirements, incorporating best practices and training standards across Thiess' operational jurisdictions.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure all training materials, reports, templates, and documents are organised and up to date
  • Manage document version control and standardisation
  • Maintain and update Thiess Institute templates and training content database
  • Publish and organise training materials in LAAMP and Learning Portal
  • Assist in tracking training content development, project timelines, and reporting
  • Support in QA/QC checks for document accuracy and formatting
  • Ensure training materials align with Thiess Institute standards before publishing
  • Manage and upload training documents, reports, and manuals to the Learning Portal and LAAMP
  • Organise training records, assessments, and templates for easy access
  • Work closely with Content owner and SMEs to maintain training documentation
  • Collaborate with training developers, and instructional designers
  • Provide administrative support to ensure content is aligned with training goals
  • Communicate with regional training leads to maintain standardisation across all sites

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Document Management, Training Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content/document management, training administration, or training content publishing.
  • Proven experience in developing, managing, and delivering graphic design
  • Experience in corporate training environments or document control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and file management systems
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
