About The Role
As the Field Maintenance Planner on site at Mt Arthur South, you will work as part of the wider maintenance planning team towards delivering a high quality maintenance plan. In the role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance planning and scheduling capability in support of maintenance activities for field equipment. This includes Liebherr excavators, Caterpillar drills and a variety of ancillary field equipment. You will also be responsible for the management of equipment maintenance systems to ensure the reliable and productive operation of the mobile equipment.
In this role you will:
- Effectively plan machine maintenance to ensure maximum availability and reliability
- Ensure statutory compliance of mobile fleet
- Monitor site machine health systems
- Monitor and maintain machine oil samples
- Develop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and innovation
About You
To be considered for this role you are required to have:
- Relevant trade or mechanical engineering qualifications
- Experience in maintenance planning highly regarded
- Five years field maintenance experience
- Experience in plant management and document control systems is desirable
- Knowledge of maintenance and planning systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in use of maintenance tools i.e. JDE
