We currently have a rare opportunity for a Senior Specialist Contracts & Estimating to join the FleetCo team, based in our Head Office in Brisbane

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Contracts and Estimating is responsible for the quotation, implementation and ongoing administration and oversight of Fleetco head contracts, to limit risk and ensure Fleetco’s interests are maintained.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deploy a sophisticated contract management strategy
  • Assist BDM’s and Fleetco GM in structuring and negotiation of client and Fleetco standard contracts
  • Actively participate in contract negotiation and ongoing management of contracts
  • Prepare detailed contract handover documents
  • Build up rates and financial models
  • Participate in large tenders
  • Develop commercial models and structures to maximise the potential offering of Fleetco
  • Participate actively as part of the Fleetco leadership team

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in a related role
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, finance, commercial etc)
  • A clear understanding of contract management, financial and commercial principals.
  • Ability to read and infer contracts, financial models and equipment rates
  • Understand financial management principles
  • Understand Asset Management Principles
  • Skilled in all Microsoft office applications
