About the role

As the Maintenance Administrator, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance administration functions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. You will be required to assist senior maintenance personnel with the provision of accurate and timely information regarding maintenance activities, enabling improved performance by the maintenance group. The roster is 5:2 Monday to Friday with camp accommodation provided.

In this role, you will have:

  • Strong administration experience with exposure to a maintenance, mining or heavy industry environment being highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration (desirable)
  • Proficiency in JDE or equivalent business procurement system
  • A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Standard 11 Induction
  • Current QLD Coal Board Medical Certificate
  • Knowledge of the QLD Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and Regulations
  • Senior First Aid (desirable)
