In the role of Advisor – NAB Connect Servicing you take ownership of customer issues and resolve them with urgency and care
In this role, you will
- Assist our high value business customers with support and information to their general enquiries in relation to self-service, auto responses and online technology.
- Help to identify and resolve customer issues with the highest level of quality and professional service.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service and satisfaction, offer tailored solutions where necessary.
- Input and update important information and data on to our CRM systems.
- Expected to work a rotating shift pattern during the week and weekends (Saturdays only).
- Multi task with multiple systems.
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional customer service experience with a proven track record.
- Resilience and patience to assist and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional level of maturity and patience to deal with a wide variety of valued customers and their queries.
- Ability to adhere to and understand NAB’s Code of Conduct.
- Sound product knowledge of our offerings and services.
- Strong technical skills and ability to multi-task using multiple systems
