Analyst, Digital Notifications

Amazing opportunity with Digital Engagement team for an Analyst, Digital Notifications to increase digital engagement and deepen customer relationships through targeted and personalised digital notifications​ by working with the cross-functional delivery team to execute on notifications.

As an Analyst, Digital Notifications, you will

  • Support Product Owners with the identification, scoping, shaping and prioritising of key digital notifications use cases across Servicing, Sales, Bank of Choice, Advocacy and Safety focus areas.
  • Support and contribute to the broader Personal Everyday Banking business priorities
  • Assist with the execution prioritised Domain-funded digital notifications, ensuring clarity on RACI and surface issues and support initiative owners to resolve
  • Assist with the delivery of business outcomes using Agile Ways of Working in collaboration with the value chain (e.g. Technology, Marketing, Enterprise Data and POs etc) 
  • Help track the engagement performance and benefits of delivered notifications for benefits realisation and reporting
  • Develop and manage communications strategy to effectively communicate change and awareness of Digital Notifications value proposition to the organisation

What you will bring:  

  • Digital/delivery experience or driving digital outcomes
  • Working with Pega, Adobe communications/marketing platforms
  • Financial Services industry and knowledge of Agile ways of working (desirable)
  • Technology / Data literacy
  • Business Acumen: Understands business drivers, has financial & commercial orientation.
  • Ability to work with complex data and drive business outcomes
