We have multiple opportunities available for Region Managers to lead high-performing teams across Melbourne North-West & South-East growth catchments. You will join our Business Direct Small Business team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and supporting our colleagues.

Each day in this key leadership role you will be a key contributor to the business and will go above and beyond to:

  • Win together by leading a team of Small Business Bankers, fostering a high engagement culture that delivers market leading customer advocacy and financial performance
  • Take accountability for the growth across both regional level lending and deposit portfolios
  • Manage P&L and Balance sheet for business outcomes
  • Keep it simple, manage, coach and mentor your Bankers, driving employee engagement and influencing a customer obsessed culture whilst driving NPS deliverables
  • Act as an ambassador for NAB in local communities and advocate for NAB in external markets.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. To ensure your success in this role you will need: 

  • Extensive experience in banking or financial industries, business banking is preferred  
  • Demonstrable lending experience; Commercial and Home Lending
  • Ability to generate high performance from a diverse team
  • Proven banking and DCA experience
  • Exceptional relationship building with external and internal stakeholders
  • Passion for coaching and banker development skills
