Executive Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Customer Enabling Tech business unit within Technology and Enterprise Operations (T&EO). You will oversee and provide high level administration support to one executive by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational and advisory duties.

In the role of an Executive Assistant, you will join the Customer Enabling Technology Team within T&EO that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Ensure your executives are fully and seamlessly supported in an accurate and timely manner in all aspects of the execution of their role, and that their time can be directed to managing executive level activity.
- Ensure all administrative matters in the office are undertaken proactively and efficiently.
- Manage calendars and emails for executives according to their priorities and that they are prepared for meetings, conferences, and functions.
- Support onboarding / offboarding of executive’s direct report employees including creating roles in SAP, SAP movements, ordering provisioning (laptops, logins, security passes).
- Liaise with Property and Tech relating to technical issues.
- Arrange travel arrangements and event management as required.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong background as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting at a Senior Executive Level.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with systems including Sourceline, Flexipurchase, PAP, SAP, MyID, Service NAB, Colleague Connect, etc.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, at times in a complex environment.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
- A passion for driving culture and teamwork in a high performing business.
