In this Product Owner role, you will join our Core Platforms Modernisation team that’s doubling down on winning together and delivering outcomes to create strong and lasting customer relationships.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to take ownership of:
- Lead the shaping, build and implementation of priority epics including end to end integrated planning when considering impacts to customers, commercials and technology
- Engage and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise on design and delivery of associated epics for the new core ledger capability
- Epic level ownership from idea through to delivery
- Squad backlog management: Prioritisation and accountability of development squad backlog
- Change management including business impacts across customer and colleague
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience working on large scale transformation projects containing multiple streams, products and channels
- Proven Product Ownership experience, preferably in core banking
- Ability to innovate and grasp new skills
- Strong stakeholder, business and technology capability
- Demonstrated Strong ability to influence across Domains and technology
