As the Sub-Domain Orchestration Lead, you will be part of the Payments Simplification and Tech Modernisation team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Drive prioritisation and planning including activities such as ensuring sub-domain delivery aligns with the strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritising what customers and colleagues value.
- Facilitate quarterly planning to ensure workflow is optimised through the end-to-end delivery system enabling squads to deliver efficiently; and monitor progress of delivery pipelines particularly through early stages of ideation and inception to help drive the right level of throughput aligned to budgets and capacity.
- Coordinate the sub-domain operating rhythm by facilitating lean governance processes including support for issue resolution and enablement of key decisions; prepare sub-domain executive level reporting as needed; and ensure execution is managed within allocated budgets and benefits are captured and managed.
- Drive assurance across delivery initiatives and programs of work, adherence to min standards, capturing lessons learnt and driving uplift in processes and ways of working, removing impediments across the sub-domain.
- Understand key delivery metrics and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, increased velocity and agile ways of working for the sub-domain.
- Ensure clarity of communications across delivery progress, maintaining a consolidated view of key customer and colleague outcome milestones for input into Domain, Divisional and Enterprise reporting.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Large scale program and portfolio management, including shaping and delivery experience within complex environments
- Experience working in agile at scale environment, with particular focus on hybrid and agile delivery models and contemporary ‘ways of working’
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and strong strategic planning capabilities
- Track record of providing quality insights that help drive decisions
- Experience leading transformational change objectives
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and management
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes
- Experience in planning and financial management oversight
- Proven experience in tracking and measuring continuous improvement of Domain performance
