In the role of Program Manager FC Reforms, you will join the newly created Financial Crime Reforms team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

In the role of Program Manager, FC Reforms, you will:

  • Deliver the regulatory change program, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards, while providing expert advice on regulatory change matters  
  • Probing with questions to determine the underlying impacts of a potential change to Eevaluate the impact of the planned change across the business elements including colleague, process, governance, capabilities, systems and information 
  • Collaborate, communicate and engage across large stakeholder groups and cross functional teams by listening to and influencing stakeholders (e.g. through story-telling) to ensure the regulatory changes are understood and implemented, including the creating on materials 
  • Facilitate/present at workshops, working groups, governance committees or other forums to support the delivery of the change as needed  
  • Manage ongoing governance arrangements including formal reporting on project progress and outcomes to management, project forums, governance committees and regulatory reporting 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Expertise in structured and efficient project and change management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance or legal areas, within financial services.  
  • Deep knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) requirements Fraud and regulation locally and globally and technical proficiency of financial crime data, systems and the financial crime ecosystem 
  • Proven experience in operating effectively and delivering solutions in large complex organisations, working and influencing across teams and domains
  • Strong leadership capabilities, significant depth in understanding of business & technology and strategic vision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Capability to balance multiple priorities in a fast moving and demanding environment. 
  • Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivated, and able to operate with limited oversight.
