Head Of Group Brand

In the Head of Group Brand role you will play a key role in the Group Marketing team who are doubling down on customer obsession and winning together. 

Each day you will go above and beyond to: 

  • Brand identity and governance – own and evolve Group’s brand architecture, identity, tone of voice and design systems 

  • Brand strategy and communications – lead the brand strategy and communications plans; translate into compelling campaigns that build brand equity.  

  • Creative and content delivery – lead the development of best-in-class creative and content; ensure high quality and innovative creative execution.   

  • Lead implementation of Gen AI for creative production and research and insights 

  • Brand research and insights – brand performance tracking and consumer insights 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

  • Extensive experience in  senior brand management and marketing for a major brand 

  • Strong experience in managing brand measurement frameworks, research methodologies and using insights to influence strategy 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive brand-led transformation across complex, matrixed organisations 

  • Strategic thinker with a visionary mindset and high attention to detail 

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, identity systems, creative development and content marketing 

  • Passionate advocate for creative excellence, brand consistency and customer-first thinking 

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
