Consultant, Communications FC Reforms

In the role of Consultant, Communications FC Reforms, you will join the newly created FC Reforms team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Support the Change Program planning and delivery of the communications strategy, including events, media, collateral and stakeholder engagement 
  • Collaborate with the program, business change managers and key stakeholders to deliver content creation and cross-channel communications that drive understanding of the change activities and support the delivery of the business outcomes and monitor communication performance. 
  • Hands-on Content Development: Comfortable contributing directly to writing, editing, and content creation, with strong executional skills, to align and engage understanding of the Change Program. 
  • Integrated Delivery: Skilled in designing and executing multi-channel communications to diverse audiences across digital, social, traditional media, stakeholder platforms and ensure consistency in key messages through a suite of collateral (including but not limited to reports, presentations, digital content) to stakeholders, ELG and the Board. 
  • Support and work with Program Directors to support communications initiatives that support delivery. 
  • Establish project performance indicators and reporting relating to communications activities to drive and track performance 
     

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Experience in change & communications  planning and delivery, techniques, tools & methods, including agile delivery​ 
  • Experience in medium/large complex projects or in corporate or public affairs, communications, media, or an agency role developing, implementing and delivering internal and external communication campaigns and activities for a large business.  
  • Exposure to 1st and 2nd line risk activities ​ 
  • Sound knowledge in areas of financial crime (AML/CTF and Fraud focus) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. 
  • Strong attention to detail and copywriting ability to review and edit content for accuracy and consistency. 
  • Capability to balance multiple priorities in a fast moving and demanding environment. 
  • Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivated, and able to operate with limited oversight
