As the Head of GenAI Execution, you will be part of the senior leadership team in the Data Strategy Execution, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Spearhead the bank's enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies across business functions.
• Drive the strategic leadership combining technical architecture expertise with product strategy execution to drive the identification, evaluation, and implementation of high-value AI use cases while designing and scaling the technical infrastructure required for enterprise AI deployment.
• Balance technical expertise with business acumen to position the bank as an industry leader in AI adoption while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Lead GenAI strategy and roadmap and scale AI Centre of Excellence.
• Collaborate with Data Platform Lead Engineer teams to implement secure, compliant AI architecture.
• Lead the product lifecycle including cross-functional AI squads and ensure squads are aligned with product vision and goals.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role delivering AI and Data driven transformation programs with proven track record of successful enterprise technology delivery at scale; and recent experience focused on AI/ML implementations.
• Exceptional experience in complex project, program, portfolio, and/or delivery management; preferably in banking and financial services; coupled with proven experience in the delivery of portfolio AI or data-driven transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI platforms or data transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly financial services.
• Deep expertise in building high-performance AI infrastructure and experience designing and implementing ML Operations frameworks and platforms at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record designing cloud-based AI architectures on Azure, AWS, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing technical teams in complex transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across organisational boundaries
• Experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approaches; and strong project management skills with a colleague and customer first mindset.
