Senior Consultant Performance Excellence - Work from Any Capital State

In the role of Senior Consultant Performance Excellence consultant, you will join Paul Tripodi and the Premier Performance Excellence & Coaching team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Shape quarterly priorities and support planning cycles in partnership with HOs, ensuring coordinated delivery across teams.
  • Drive leadership operations by aligning meetings with PB and Specialised Distribution priorities and tracking key actions.
  • Build capability and leadership strength, using Strong Leadership principles
  • Collaborate with partners to drive effective risk management, capability uplift, recruitment, and onboarding of bankers.
  • Work with Personal Bank Planning and Change to align external priorities with strategic objectives.
  • Support business leaders and facilitate key business processes.
  • Lead project & Change delivery to ensure timely, efficient execution with strong business partner engagement.
  • Deliver performance insights to help Distribution Leaders understand business drivers and make strategic decisions.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • 8 years+ previous experience within distribution channels or customer facing banking or project roles
  • Proven ability to engage a team to deliver good customer outcomes and achieve high quality outcomes on time
  • Strong sequencing, planning, prioritisation, execution, communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing abilities
  • Strong understanding of lending operations, systems and risk policy and processes complemented by expertise in everyday banking and holistic customer needs discovery.
  • Deep understanding of lending and everyday banking operations, systems, and processes
  • Strong Leadership & Coaching Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Risk, Policies and Processes
  • Action Orientated, driving results and ensures accountability
