In the role of a Personal Assistant, you will join our Technology Modernisation Team within T&EO that is doubling down on keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Manage complex calendars & space bookings to ensure Executives’ time is structured according to their priorities and that they are prepared for internal and external meetings, conferences and functions, including external events.
- Manage domestic & international travel arrangements including booking, managing changes and visa applications.
- Ensure individuals across the team adhere to the work expense policy and process, proactively raise any events or issues, and assist in preparing monthly reports and reconciliation.
- Ensure all administrative matters are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executives, by navigating the delegated systems (Flexipurchase, Concur, Sourceline, PAP, People Hub/SAP, MyID, Service NAB).
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of Executive’s direct report employees including managing Colleague Connect actions.
- Collaborate & share knowledge with the Assistant network within Tech Modernisation & T&EO teams to deliver and drive operational efficiency for the Executives & their teams.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all aspects of your work ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal policies and procedures.

- Track record of experience in previous administrative roles providing support at the Executive level.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at a senior level.
- Collaborative, forward thinking and proactive approach with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and adaptability.
