Lead, Business Alignment

In the role of Lead, Business Alignment, you will join NABs Personal Direct Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the execution of external and BAU change and strategic initiatives through effective delivery strategies and business readiness.
- Drive end to end operational improvements across the business
- Ensure that Governance, Risk and Compliance is central to all decisions, this role will support, and drive execution of activities required to implement strategic change initiatives safely.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improved processes and better outcomes for our customers.
- Build healthy working relationships with business partners that lead to advocacy for the Retention business when providing SME advice and support in identification of business impacts.
- Ensure deadlines are met within a timely and accurate manner and that change lands safely and without disruption.
- Proactively identify, escalate (where appropriate) & manage risks/issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of changes.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in financial services/contact centre
- Project delivery experience gained within Financial Services or other industry sectors
- Experience in development & delivery of change, including communications and learning strategies
- Existing understanding of the NAB organisation, business platforms and internal processes would be beneficial
- Process & continuous improvement, change management and internal and external stakeholder management
