Senior Consultant, Digital Change and Communications Channels

In the role of Senior Consultant Digital Change and Communications Channels, you will join the Personal Banking Change and Communications Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Provide communications thought leadership and subject matter expertise. Ensure comms activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the communications work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities.
  • Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise the readiness.
  • Develop a communication approach and execute activities that supports all stakeholder groups impacted by the program/project.
  • Provide communications advice and expertise on behalf of Personal Bank to Bank-wide project teams.
  • Prepare communications plans to support the effective delivery of change initiatives to all impacted colleagues.
  • Produce communications to empower colleagues to understand change (the what and the how) as well as the why. Developing key messages and writing articles /content for the intranet, internal newsletters, emails, talking points for leaders, video scripts, briefing packs, Workplace posts etc.
  • Develop integrated digital communications plans/ strategy  that fit into Personal Bank’s  strategy and aligns to the Bank’s key messages and strategic themes to drive the required change to enable benefit realisation.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in communications and/or change management
  • Strong technical skills – Online digital communication strategy and design
  • Proven ability to manage and execute change management communications
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the organisation an at various levels
  • Ability to think broadly and innovatively to develop and shape the change management strategy
  • Stakeholder management - adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Experience in leading and managing a portfolio of projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in different environments
