Head of Organisational Effectiveness

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the design of Domain model standards and implementing these within the Domain.
  • 12-month fixed-term opportunity to own the partnership with Domains to activate and embed the evolved Operating Model.
  • Partner closely with People & Culture to advocate for best ways to implement operational changes.

As a Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will join the People & Culture team that’s focused on winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Partner with the Domains and lead the Operational Effectiveness squad to deliver high quality outcomes into each Domain with a focus on transformation, simplification and change management.
  • Oversee the sequencing and deployment of the endorsed recommendations ensuring integration across impacted domains and teams within the bank.
  • Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including ELG to secure buy-in and ensure transparency on the progress against the roadmap.
  • Drive alignment between product, technology and operational teams to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Point of escalation for resolving backlog impediments for org model and operating model pain points.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Substantial years of experience in Technology transformation leadership particularly in large scale programs.
  • Experience operationalising and driving the implementation of technology and business strategy that achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and colleague value.
  • Knowledge of both software delivery and product organisations is a must.
  • Good understanding of fundamental success factors in banking and product ownership.
  • Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships across large organisations to support colleagues working effectively across organisational boundaries.
  • Be a proven leader who inspires high levels of engagement, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
