Workplace Manager
- Work primarily in the Carrington Street office and once per week in the Paramatta office
- 5 days on-site per week is preferred
- 12-month fixed term position

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Assist with the strategic delivery of operational requirements with a thorough understanding of colleague needs and expectations
- Lead a site-based team of Workplace Leads, Consultants, Team Leaders and Guest Services Associates and make sure they are delivering all services and activities with the highest level of detail and to the highest standards
- Build & maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of Workplace support services across all client sites resulting in an exceptional workplace experience for all colleagues
- Act as a key ‘escalation’ person for Workplace Leads, you will ensure that any service issues or requests are resolved effectively and quickly
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in Customer Service/ Hospitality / Workplace Services
- Several years of experience in leading, developing and coaching small to medium teams
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to Facilities Management services preferred
- Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential
- Attention to Detail
- Planning & Organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
